What are the dimensions of the package?
The pool comes in 2 boxes, the dimensions for which are (W x H x D) 135cm x 49cm x 52cm for box 1 and 48cm x 116cm x 26cm for box 2.

Are the overall dimensions for the pool size or the frame?
The dimensions are for the frame, which should be pretty similar to the pool dimensions, save a couple mm either side.

What’s the best way to heat the water?
A heat pump is the most efficient, quick, and simple way to heat the pool. However, you can use solar covers for the pool or solar panels to attach to the pump etc.

What guarantee does the pool come with?
The pump comes with a 12 month warranty, and the liner comes with a 6 month warranty.

What is the cover made of please?
Cover is made from high quality, safe, UV treated and durable materials.
- Rope ties keep the cover tight and prevents debris been blown into the pool. Easy to install and store. Drainage holes to prevent water accumulation.
