As long as you leave enough ventilation space around the fridge, then yes this is fine.
Please see following guidance on ventilation space; 

"Ventilation Space - a minimum space of 50mm is required for the rear of the fridge and 30mm for the top and both sides. This will maximise the efficiency, performance and life of the fridge and also ensure that there is sufficient space for the hinge to operate effectively."

What is the ideal temperature for this fridge?

Our instructions state that the recommended ambient temperature is up to 25°C. Anything below this is ideal.
