We would recommend storing the trolley in a dry place and not leaving it outside uncovered.
What is the max weight it will take

We cannot definitively say what the maximum weight is, however we can guarantee that it will safely hold any of our Plancha models.
Is this trolley suitable for a wood chip fired pizza oven?

We don’t see this being an issue. The top shelf dimensions for your reference are; (W x D) 850 x 500mm.
Do you have a cover that will fit this specific trolley?

We do not supply a cover for the DG45 trolley currently.
