Is there a hole in the plancha surface, to allow oil & fat to drain away? Cannot see anything in the images.

There is a hole in the cooking plate to allow oil and fat to drain away into a grease tray

Does this come assembled or do we have to assemble it ourselves?

This DG22 is supplied ready assembled

Is the cooking area non-stick and does it remove for cleaning?

All our Plancha Grills have an enamel coating on the surface of the plates, I can confirm the grill plate can be removed for easy cleaning.

Is the regulator clip on or screw fit please

Do you do a cover for this plancha

We do not currently have covers for the planchas, however we are expecting our first batch to be delivered within the next few months.

I've just ordered your 3 burner gas Plancha - what's the best material of cooking utensils i.e. stainless steel etc for use on the enameled steel tray? I'll order a set but don't want to scratch or damage the enameled surface.

We do not advise using metal utensils on these grills.
