Is the removable bowl, mixing blade, etc dishwasher safe?
The mixing blade and lid are dishwasher proof.
The aliminium mixing bowl is not dishwasher proof.

Yes it has a keep cool function. After the ice cream maker has finished making the ice cream it will automatically go in to Keep Cool Mode for 1 hour. After 1 hour the machine will automatically switch to standby mode.
